Updated Terms & Conditions to cover COVID-19

 In addition to our standard terms & conditions we have also added the following..

• If there is a travel ban from your country to Bali, or cancelled flights due to the Novel Corona Virus (COVID-19), we will issue a credit for your booking so that you can rebook any time in the next 36 months.
• This is not something you need to rebook right away, we can keep your invoice as a credit note.
• This is not a refund.
• This excludes peak times and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• There may be extra costs incurred at the time of re-booking based on booking prices quoted at the time you are wanting to rebook.
• There may be some restrictions on location or times when re booking subject to availability. But we have kept this open for 3 years to try and accommodate at a time that suits you best.

This Pricing is an indicator only. Quotes will be given individually for all packages.

• Airfares are not included. All flights are to Denpasar Airport, Bali, Indonesia.
• 24 hour flight arrival times are available. Flight arrivals from 9pm to midnight are charged a half a day rate. Flight arrivals after midnight are considered your first day at the sanctuary.
• 50% Non Refundable Deposit required prior to booking your package.
• Final Payment due 1 month prior to arrival.
• Travel Insurance is Mandatory at the time of booking to cover any cancellations.
• No refunds will be given by Bliss International Enterprise Ltd for any cancellations.
• Where a cancellation is made within 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount of your booking is non refundable.
• Subject to last minute changes based upon availabilities & bookings.
• Confirmation of Arrival & Departure dates & times required before final quotation.
• This pricing is not valid with any other offer.
• Offer valid at the time of purchase only and as quoted by our Bliss bookings team.
• This quote is valid for 7 days and subject to availability at the time of booking.
• All further Payment charges incurred by Paypal or your banking institution are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• All Package Inclusions are subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Any activities undertaken during your stay are entered at your own risk and your responsibility not the responsibility of Bliss International Enterprises Pty Ltd. or any associated company.
• No persons not booked into Bliss Sanctuary For Women are allowed access. If you bring anybody into the premises or cause excess noise, conflict, safety issues, break the law or dissent amongst guests, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your stay.
• Please ask about smoking prior to booking as it differs for each sanctuary. Seminyak sanctuary has a communal smoking area. Canggu Sanctuary has room upgrades available allowing you a private outdoor smoking area. We don’t have a smoking area inside the premises in Ubud.  There is no smoking in any of the rooms or bathrooms or anywhere but the designated smoking areas.
• 1:1 Meditation classes offered are subject to availability from our preferred suppliers.

Remember you can choose any activities from any packages and mix and match to tailor make your own experience. If you only want one or 2 extra activities book the cheaper bliss package and add any activities you would like once you are here.

We understand a lot of women very much aspire to take a holiday at Bliss Sanctuary For Women over a retreat experience and we try to keep our prices down to make it achievable. Most of the time we are extremely competitive but if you receive a quote elsewhere with a special on and would like us to consider matching it, we welcome you asking us. Although we’re often booked out, we’re happy to look at your request and see what we can do if we have the availability.. We are a true sanctuary experience for the discerning female traveller with originality, personal service, flexibility, happiness, joy, safety and bliss.
