Healthy Lemonade!
Lemons and limes are an excellent source of vitamin C, which is a powerful antioxidant and immune boosting vitamin.
This delicious spritzer recipe also contains honey which has great antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties as well as coconut water, to aid hydration.
From the Bliss Kitchen: The Healthy Lemonade Spritzer
A soothing citrus sensation.
Ingredients:
Lemon Juice
Lime Juice
Coconut water
Honey
Method:
In a blender, mix the lemon & lime juice with coconut water and honey.
Blend until combined and serve.
